Oversees Proof-of-Delivery logistics, voucher printing, and global shipping

Membership

Grows 30-member POCs, handles onboarding (PayPal, QRTiger, mobile verify)

Local Autonomy

Every POC has the freedom to adjust support for these branches based on their local goals, empowering the grassroots to lead from the ground up.
